The firm of George Varelas, architect was established in 1995. After acquiring extensive experience on large corporate projects with the firm Dimakopoulos & Partners, George decided to venture out and establish an architectural design office with emphasis on projects such as residential and the restoration of older buildings.
Over the years George Varelas has realized many projects in partnership with Guilermo Perilla, architect. Together they brought their experience in design and construction to create a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and objectives. The partnership brought forth a majority of restoration projects to heritage buildings, institutional, and religious buildings. As well as maintaining the hands on approach to residential design, and commercial renovations.
The office has since achieved many projects in architecture and design and has branched out into interior design with the addition of an interior design division headed by Dalixa Santamaria.
George brings his 25 years of experience as a licensed architect and along with his organizational skills and understanding of design and construction to every project. His dedication to the project at hand and to the profession brings confidence to the client, ensuring the project will be a success.
